Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Transform with Pooja. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Services Offered

We provide online coaching programs focused on weight loss, health, fitness, and lifestyle transformation, including personalized coaching, meal plans, workout routines, educational modules, and support communities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or a minor with parental consent, to use our services. By signing up, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

4. User Account & Access

You’ll register using accurate personal details and keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Payment & Fees

Fees and schedules are clearly outlined at signup. All payments are in Indian Rupees (or your local currency). Missed payments or non‑compliance may result in suspension or termination of service.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our coaches are not medical professionals. You should consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

7. No Guarantees

Results vary based on individual effort, adherence, and personal factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exact weight loss amounts or fitness levels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by Transform with Pooja. You may use it for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. Distribution, reproduction, or resale is prohibited without written approval.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly. You’ll refrain from harmful, abusive, or illegal conduct. Harassment or misuse may lead to immediate termination.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion—for breaches of this Agreement or non‑payment. Termination won’t waive your payment obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transform with Pooja isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transform with Pooja, its staff and affiliates, from any claims arising from your use of the services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

14. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, also incorporated by reference.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. You’ll be notified of significant changes. Continued use following updates constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India (or your applicable jurisdiction). Disputes will be resolved in courts located in your region unless otherwise agreed.


Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, age, weight, health-related data voluntarily shared.
  • Usage Data: Login activity, module progress, messages, and preferences.

2. How We Use Information

  • Deliver coaching services (custom plans, messaging support).
  • Personalize recommendations and user experience.
  • Send updates, newsletters, and promotional offers (you may unsubscribe anytime).
  • Improve our Platform and user experience.
  • Consent, performance of contract, legitimate interest in improving service and user engagement.

4. Data Sharing

  • Third-party providers: payment processors, hosted cloud services, analytics tools. They’ll be bound by data protection agreements.
  • Legal obligations: we may disclose data if required by law or court order.

5. Data Storage & Retention

We store data securely on encrypted servers. Personal data is kept for the duration of your active engagement and up to 2 years afterward, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Security Measures

We use industry-standard encryption, secure access controls, and regular audits to safeguard your data. However, perfect security cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This outlines when refund requests are accepted, how to request a refund, and applicable conditions.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Refund is applicable only for program packages if:

  • You’ve attended no more than two coaching sessions and consumed no more than 20% of paid content.
  • You’ve complied in good faith (e.g. participated, provided accurate information, followed directions).

Programs longer than one month or high-value memberships may have more restrictive refund terms clearly stated at purchase. No refunds if program requirements exceeded.

3. How to Request

Send your request via email topooja.raj1027@gmail.com with your name, purchase date, and reason for refund. Supporting documentation may be requested.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Refunds are credited within 14 days from approval to the original payment method . Reversals will be made via the original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation once processed.

5. Partial & Pro‑Rata Refunds

If applicable (e.g. multi‑month programs), we may offer partial refunds pro-rata for unused portions, deducting any processing/admin fees.

6. Exceptions

No refunds under these conditions:

  • Refund request received after the allowed window
  • Usage exceeding allowed sessions/content limit
  • Suspension or termination due to violation of Terms
  • Purchased through resellers or third-party platforms (refunds handled by that provider)

7. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on our Platform. Refunds are based on the policy in effect at your date of purchase.
